Founded in 2011, the Cahors Malbec Lounge is the official Cahors wine tasting and information area. Like the Cahors Vallée du Lot tourist office, the lounge is located on the ground floor of a 19th century building. It has a resolutely modern look, with the atmosphere of a wine bar. Home to over 200 Cahors PDO wines, it is a real showcase for the appellation!
The Cahors Malbec Lounge is run by a dedicated team of wine specialists who are on hand to welcome visitors and offer advice. Whether you are looking to learn more about the appellation, its location, the vineyard’s terroirs and history, or simply receive advice for your next wine tourism initiative, our team is more than happy to help.

The emblem of Cahors wines is a glass with a ring at its base. Known throughout the world and perfectly suited to tasting, this glass is sold in the Lounge.
A map of the vineyards of France, trendy posters by Michel Tolmer, Coutale sommeliers and organic cotton T-shirts for men and women (XS to XXXL) are also available for sale.
We also offer gift cards for blind tastings for friends and family.
